This plan is for patients without periodontal disease (gum disease) and gives you all your preventive maintenance visits and x-rays for a fixed price.
Our Basic Plan for $349 will include:

  • 1 Comprehensive Exam
  • 2 Annual Exams
  • 1 Emergency Exam (used any time during the year)
  • 2 Cleanings (non-periodontal based)
  • 2 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • 2 Fluoride Tooth Desensitizing Treatments
  • 4 Bitewing X-rays
  • Any Individual X-rays needed throughout the year
  • Full Mouth Series of X-rays or Panorex
  • Free CT (3D Imaging) Scan
  • 10% OFF Crowns, Veneers, Additional Cleanings, Dental Sealants, Fillings, Core Buildups, Oral Surgery, Root Canals

xrays for a fixed price. Our PERIODONTAL plan for $499 will include:

  • 1 Comprehensive Exam
  • 2 Annual Exams
  • 1 Emergency Exam (used any time during the year)
  • 3 Cleanings (non-periodontal based)
  • 3 Oral Cancer Screenings
  • 3 Fluoride Tooth Desensitizing Treatments

Limitations

This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used/ Combined with any other type of Insurance.

Patients agree that Nuevo Dental’s fees stated must be paid at the time services are rendered. Any services not paid for at the time of service will be billed at usual and customary fees. Plan fees are valid only when paid at the time of enrollment. All family members must reside in the
same household. This is not a n insurance product.

Fee’s saved is based on utilizing all services that are offered at 100% coverage. You might not need all each year which will be determined after your comprehensive exam. Complete terms and conditions are available at our Office.
